I figured that we don't have any builds floating around on the forums so I am starting this to let people HELP, AGREE, DISAGREE, or whatever your heart so desires to do with peoples builds. I plan on playing an ELE and a Mesmer between those two I have not decided which will be my main. My builds for both will be at the bottom fell free to look and tell me what you think for the ELE i already have a rotation for pvp so that is what my build is based off.
